Psalm 34:3 (Psalm 34:2)

בַּ֭יהוָה תִּתְהַלֵּ֣ל נַפְשִׁ֑י יִשְׁמְע֖וּ עֲנָוִ֣ים וְיִשְׂמָֽחוּ׃

In YHWH my soul will boast, the humble will hear and they will rejoice.
