Psalm 44:14 (Psalm 44:13)

תְּשִׂימֵ֣נוּ חֶ֭רְפָּה לִשְׁכֵנֵ֑ינוּ לַ֥עַג וָ֝קֶ֗לֶס לִסְבִיבֹותֵֽינוּ׃

You set us as a reproach to our neighbors, a mockery and a derision to those around us.
