Psalm 47:4 (Psalm 47:3)

יַדְבֵּ֣ר עַמִּ֣ים תַּחְתֵּ֑ינוּ וּ֝לְאֻמִּ֗ים תַּ֣חַת רַגְלֵֽינוּ׃

He subdues peoples under us, and nations under our feet.
