Psalm 47:9 (Psalm 47:8)

מָלַ֣ךְ אֱ֭לֹהִים עַל־גֹּויִ֑ם אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים יָשַׁ֤ב עַל־כִּסֵּ֬א קָדְשֹֽׁו׃

God has reigned over nations; God has sat upon the throne of His holiness.
