עָלַ֣י אֱלֹהִ֣ים נְדָרֶ֑יךָ אֲשַׁלֵּ֖ם תֹּודֹ֣ת לָֽךְ׃

Upon me, O God, are Your vows; I will pay thank-offerings to You.
