1 Samuel 2:8

מֵקִ֨ים מֵעָפָ֜ר דָּ֗ל מֵֽאַשְׁפֹּת֙ יָרִ֣ים אֶבְיֹ֔ון לְהֹושִׁיב֙ עִם־נְדִיבִ֔ים וְכִסֵּ֥א כָבֹ֖וד יַנְחִלֵ֑ם כִּ֤י לַֽיהוָה֙ מְצֻ֣קֵי אֶ֔רֶץ וַיָּ֥שֶׁת עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם תֵּבֵֽל׃

He raises the poor from the dust, He lifts the needy from the dunghill, to seat them with nobles, and He causes them to inherit a throne of glory. For to YHWH belong the pillars of the earth, and He has set the world upon them.
