1 Samuel 30:25

וַיְהִ֕י מֵֽהַיֹּ֥ום הַה֖וּא וָמָ֑עְלָה וַיְשִׂמֶ֜הָ לְחֹ֤ק וּלְמִשְׁפָּט֙ לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל עַ֖ד הַיֹּ֥ום הַזֶּֽה׃ פ

And it was from that day onward, that he made it a statute and a rule for Yisraʾel until this day.
