2 Kings 10:20

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר יֵה֗וּא קַדְּשׁ֧וּ עֲצָרָ֛ה לַבַּ֖עַל וַיִּקְרָֽאוּ׃

And Yehu said, “Sanctify a solemn assembly for the Baʿal.” And they proclaimed it.
