2 Kings 17:1

בִּשְׁנַת֙ שְׁתֵּ֣ים עֶשְׂרֵ֔ה לְאָחָ֖ז מֶ֣לֶךְ יְהוּדָ֑ה מָ֠לַךְ הֹושֵׁ֨עַ בֶּן־אֵלָ֧ה בְשֹׁמְרֹ֛ון עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל תֵּ֥שַׁע שָׁנִֽים׃

In the twelfth year of Aḥaz king of Yehuda, Hoshea son of Ela reigned in Shomeron over Yisraʾel nine years.
