2 Kings 17:3

עָלָ֣יו עָלָ֔ה שַׁלְמַנְאֶ֖סֶר מֶ֣לֶךְ אַשּׁ֑וּר וַֽיְהִי־לֹ֤ו הֹושֵׁ֨עַ֙ עֶ֔בֶד וַיָּ֥שֶׁב לֹ֖ו מִנְחָֽה׃

Against him came up Shalmanʾeser king of Ashshur, and Hoshea became his servant and brought him tribute.
