2 Samuel 22:28

וְאֶת־עַ֥ם עָנִ֖י תֹּושִׁ֑יעַ וְעֵינֶ֖יךָ עַל־רָמִ֥ים תַּשְׁפִּֽיל׃

And the humble people You will save, but Your eyes are upon the haughty, You bring them low.
