2 Samuel 22:48

הָאֵ֕ל הַנֹּתֵ֥ן נְקָמֹ֖ת לִ֑י וּמֹורִ֥יד עַמִּ֖ים תַּחְתֵּֽנִי׃

The God who gives vengeance to me, and brings down peoples beneath me.
