2 Samuel 24:25

וַיִּבֶן֩ שָׁ֨ם דָּוִ֤ד מִזְבֵּ֨חַ֙ לַֽיהוָ֔ה וַיַּ֥עַל עֹלֹ֖ות וּשְׁלָמִ֑ים וַיֵּעָתֵ֤ר יְהוָה֙ לָאָ֔רֶץ וַתֵּעָצַ֥ר הַמַּגֵּפָ֖ה מֵעַ֥ל יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

And Dawid built there an altar to YHWH, and he offered up burnt offerings and peace offerings. And YHWH was entreated for the land, and the plague was restrained from upon Yisraʾel.
