Isaiah 44:25

מֵפֵר֙ אֹתֹ֣ות בַּדִּ֔ים וְקֹסְמִ֖ים יְהֹולֵ֑ל מֵשִׁ֧יב חֲכָמִ֛ים אָחֹ֖ור וְדַעְתָּ֥ם יְשַׂכֵּֽל׃

Frustrating the signs of the liars and He makes diviners mad; turning the wise backward and their knowledge He makes foolish.
