Isaiah 44:24

כֹּֽה־אָמַ֤ר יְהוָה֙ גֹּאֲלֶ֔ךָ וְיֹצֶרְךָ֖ מִבָּ֑טֶן אָנֹכִ֤י יְהוָה֙ עֹ֣שֶׂה כֹּ֔ל נֹטֶ֤ה שָׁמַ֨יִם֙ לְבַדִּ֔י רֹקַ֥ע הָאָ֖רֶץ מי אתי׃

Thus says YHWH, your Redeemer and the One who formed you from the womb: I am YHWH, Maker of all, stretching out the heavens by Myself, spreading out the earth—who was with Me?
