Isaiah 44:27

הָאֹמֵ֥ר לַצּוּלָ֖ה חֳרָ֑בִי וְנַהֲרֹתַ֖יִךְ אֹובִֽישׁ׃

The One who says to the deep, “Be dry,” and I will dry up your rivers.
