Deuteronomy 21:7

וְעָנ֖וּ וְאָמְר֑וּ יָדֵ֗ינוּ לֹ֤א שֶׂפכה אֶת־הַדָּ֣ם הַזֶּ֔ה וְעֵינֵ֖ינוּ לֹ֥א רָאֽוּ׃

And they shall answer and say, ‘Our hands have not shed this blood, nor have our eyes seen it.
