Deuteronomy 22:16

וְאָמַ֛ר אֲבִ֥י הַנַּעַר אֶל־הַזְּקֵנִ֑ים אֶת־בִּתִּ֗י נָתַ֜תִּי לָאִ֥ישׁ הַזֶּ֛ה לְאִשָּׁ֖ה וַיִּשְׂנָאֶֽהָ׃

And the father of the young woman shall say to the elders: ‘I gave my daughter to this man as a wife, but he has hated her.’
