Judges 8:14

וַיִּלְכָּד־נַ֛עַר מֵאַנְשֵׁ֥י סֻכֹּ֖ות וַיִּשְׁאָלֵ֑הוּ וַיִּכְתֹּ֨ב אֵלָ֜יו אֶת־שָׂרֵ֤י סֻכֹּות֙ וְאֶת־זְקֵנֶ֔יהָ שִׁבְעִ֥ים וְשִׁבְעָ֖ה אִֽישׁ׃

And he captured a young man from the men of Sukkot, and he questioned him, and he wrote down for him the princes of Sukkot and its elders—seventy-seven men.
