2 Samuel 14:29

וַיִּשְׁלַ֨ח אַבְשָׁלֹ֜ום אֶל־יֹואָ֗ב לִשְׁלֹ֤חַ אֹתֹו֙ אֶל־הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ וְלֹ֥א אָבָ֖ה לָבֹ֣וא אֵלָ֑יו וַיִּשְׁלַ֥ח עֹוד֙ שֵׁנִ֔ית וְלֹ֥א אָבָ֖ה לָבֹֽוא׃

And Avshalom sent to Yoʾav to send him to the king, but he was not willing to come to him. And he sent again a second time, but he was not willing to come.
