2 Samuel 22:10

וַיֵּ֥ט שָׁמַ֖יִם וַיֵּרַ֑ד וַעֲרָפֶ֖ל תַּ֥חַת רַגְלָֽיו׃

And He stretched out the heavens and came down, and thick darkness was under His feet.
