2 Samuel 22:14

יַרְעֵ֥ם מִן־שָׁמַ֖יִם יְהוָ֑ה וְעֶלְיֹ֖ון יִתֵּ֥ן קֹולֹֽו׃

YHWH thundered from the heavens, and the Most High gave His voice.
