Isaiah 65:24

וְהָיָ֥ה טֶֽרֶם־יִקְרָ֖אוּ וַאֲנִ֣י אֶעֱנֶ֑ה עֹ֛וד הֵ֥ם מְדַבְּרִ֖ים וַאֲנִ֥י אֶשְׁמָֽע׃

And it shall be: before they call, I will answer; while they are still speaking, I will hear.
