Jeremiah 31:16

כֹּ֣ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֗ה מִנְעִ֤י קֹולֵךְ֙ מִבֶּ֔כִי וְעֵינַ֖יִךְ מִדִּמְעָ֑ה כִּי֩ יֵ֨שׁ שָׂכָ֤ר לִפְעֻלָּתֵךְ֙ נְאֻם־יְהוָ֔ה וְשָׁ֖בוּ מֵאֶ֥רֶץ אֹויֵֽב׃

Thus says YHWH: “Restrain your voice from weeping, and your eyes from tears, for there is a reward for your work,” declares YHWH, “and they shall return from the land of the enemy.
