Jeremiah 32:41

וְשַׂשְׂתִּ֥י עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם לְהֵטִ֣יב אֹותָ֑ם וּנְטַעְתִּ֞ים בָּאָ֤רֶץ הַזֹּאת֙ בֶּאֱמֶ֔ת בְּכָל־לִבִּ֖י וּבְכָל־נַפְשִֽׁי׃ ס

And I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land in truth, with all My heart and with all My soul.
