Jeremiah 32:40

וְכָרַתִּ֤י לָהֶם֙ בְּרִ֣ית עֹולָ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֤ר לֹֽא־אָשׁוּב֙ מֵאַ֣חֲרֵיהֶ֔ם לְהֵיטִיבִ֖י אֹותָ֑ם וְאֶת־יִרְאָתִי֙ אֶתֵּ֣ן בִּלְבָבָ֔ם לְבִלְתִּ֖י ס֥וּר מֵעָלָֽי׃

And I will cut with them an everlasting covenant, that I will not turn away from after them, to do good to them, and My fear I will put in their heart so that they will not turn away from Me.
