Jeremiah 51:37

וְהָיְתָה֩ בָבֶ֨ל לְגַלִּ֧ים מְעֹון־תַּנִּ֛ים שַׁמָּ֥ה וּשְׁרֵקָ֖ה מֵאֵ֥ין יֹושֵֽׁב׃

And Bavel shall become heaps, a dwelling of jackals, a horror and a hissing, without inhabitant.
