Ezekiel 19:13

וְעַתָּ֖ה שְׁתוּלָ֣ה בַמִּדְבָּ֑ר בְּאֶ֖רֶץ צִיָּ֥ה וְצָמָֽא׃

And now she is planted in the wilderness, in a land dry and thirsty.
