Ezekiel 24:1

וַיְהִי֩ דְבַר־יְהוָ֨ה אֵלַ֜י בַּשָּׁנָ֤ה הַתְּשִׁיעִית֙ בַּחֹ֣דֶשׁ הָעֲשִׂירִ֔י בֶּעָשֹׂ֥ור לַחֹ֖דֶשׁ לֵאמֹֽר׃

And the word of YHWH came to me in the ninth year, in the tenth month, on the tenth of the month, saying,
