Ezekiel 25:11

וּבְמֹואָ֖ב אֶעֱשֶׂ֣ה שְׁפָטִ֑ים וְיָדְע֖וּ כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ ס

And in Moʾav I will execute judgments, and they shall know that I am YHWH.”
