Ezekiel 26:5

מִשְׁטַ֨ח חֲרָמִ֤ים תִּֽהְיֶה֙ בְּתֹ֣וךְ הַיָּ֔ם כִּ֚י אֲנִ֣י דִבַּ֔רְתִּי נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֑ה וְהָיְתָ֥ה לְבַ֖ז לַגֹּויִֽם׃

A spreading-place for nets she shall be in the midst of the sea, for I have spoken,’ declares the Lord YHWH, ‘and she shall become a spoil to the nations.
