Ezekiel 47:23

וְהָיָ֣ה בַשֵּׁ֔בֶט אֲשֶׁר־גָּ֥ר הַגֵּ֖ר אִתֹּ֑ו שָׁ֚ם תִּתְּנ֣וּ נַחֲלָתֹ֔ו נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃ ס

And it shall be, in the tribe where the sojourner sojourns with him, there you shall give his inheritance,” declares the Lord YHWH.
