Zechariah 10:6

וְגִבַּרְתִּ֣י אֶת־בֵּ֣ית יְהוּדָ֗ה וְאֶת־בֵּ֤ית יֹוסֵף֙ אֹושִׁ֔יעַ וְהֹֽושְׁבֹותִים֙ כִּ֣י רִֽחַמְתִּ֔ים וְהָי֖וּ כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹֽא־זְנַחְתִּ֑ים כִּ֗י אֲנִ֛י יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵיהֶ֖ם וְאֶעֱנֵֽם׃

And I will strengthen the house of Yehuda, and the house of Yosef I will save, and I will cause them to dwell, for I have shown them compassion; and they will be as though I had not rejected them, for I am YHWH their God, and I will answer them.
