Psalm 12:6 (Psalm 12:5)

מִשֹּׁ֥ד עֲנִיִּים֮ מֵאַנְקַ֪ת אֶבְיֹ֫ונִ֥ים עַתָּ֣ה אָ֭קוּם יֹאמַ֣ר יְהוָ֑ה אָשִׁ֥ית בְּ֝יֵ֗שַׁע יָפִ֥יחַֽ לֹֽו׃

“From the devastation of the poor. From the groaning of the needy. Now I will arise,” says YHWH; “I will set in salvation the one who pants for it.”
