Psalm 32:3

כִּֽי־֭הֶחֱרַשְׁתִּי בָּל֣וּ עֲצָמָ֑י בְּ֝שַׁאֲגָתִ֗י כָּל־הַיֹּֽום׃

For I kept silent, my bones wore out through my groaning all the day.
