Psalm 33:16

אֵֽין־֭הַמֶּלֶךְ נֹושָׁ֣ע בְּרָב־חָ֑יִל גִּ֝בֹּ֗ור לֹֽא־יִנָּצֵ֥ל בְּרָב־כֹּֽחַ׃

There is no king saved by the greatness of army; a mighty man is not delivered by the greatness of strength.
