Psalm 48:3 (Psalm 48:2)

יְפֵה־נֹוף מְשֹׂושׂ כָּל־הָאָרֶץ הַר־צִיֹּון יַרְכְּתֵי צָפֹון קִרְיַת מֶלֶךְ רָב׃

Beautiful in elevation, the joy of all the earth, Mount Tsiyyon, the far north, the city of a great king.
