Amos 9:2

אִם־יַחְתְּר֣וּ בִשְׁאֹ֔ול מִשָּׁ֖ם יָדִ֣י תִקָּחֵ֑ם וְאִֽם־יַעֲלוּ֙ הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם מִשָּׁ֖ם אֹורִידֵֽם׃

If they dig into Sheʾol, from there My hand shall take them, and if they ascend to the heavens, from there I will bring them down.
