Deuteronomy 1:34

וַיִּשְׁמַ֥ע יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־קֹ֣ול דִּבְרֵיכֶ֑ם וַיִּקְצֹ֖ף וַיִּשָּׁבַ֥ע לֵאמֹֽר׃

And YHWH heard the sound of your words and was angry, and He swore, saying:
