Deuteronomy 10:14

הֵ֚ן לַיהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם וּשְׁמֵ֣י הַשָּׁמָ֑יִם הָאָ֖רֶץ וְכָל־אֲשֶׁר־בָּֽהּ׃

Behold, to YHWH your God belong the heavens and the heavens of heavens, the earth and all that is in it.
