Deuteronomy 13:2 (Deuteronomy 13:1)

כִּֽי־יָק֤וּם בְּקִרְבְּךָ֙ נָבִ֔יא אֹ֖ו חֹלֵ֣ם חֲלֹ֑ום וְנָתַ֥ן אֵלֶ֛יךָ אֹ֖ות אֹ֥ו מֹופֵֽת׃

If there arises among you a prophet or a dreamer of dreams, and he gives you a sign or a wonder,
