Deuteronomy 17:13

וְכָל־הָעָ֖ם יִשְׁמְע֣וּ וְיִרָ֑אוּ וְלֹ֥א יְזִיד֖וּן עֹֽוד׃ ס

And all the people shall hear and fear, and they shall no longer act presumptuously.
