Deuteronomy 19:20

וְהַנִּשְׁאָרִ֖ים יִשְׁמְע֣וּ וְיִרָ֑אוּ וְלֹֽא־יֹסִ֨פוּ לַעֲשֹׂ֜ות עֹ֗וד כַּדָּבָ֥ר הָרָ֛ע הַזֶּ֖ה בְּקִרְבֶּֽךָ׃

And the rest shall hear and fear, and they shall no longer continue to do such an evil thing in your midst.
