Deuteronomy 26:4

וְלָקַ֧ח הַכֹּהֵ֛ן הַטֶּ֖נֶא מִיָּדֶ֑ךָ וְהִ֨נִּיחֹ֔ו לִפְנֵ֕י מִזְבַּ֖ח יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃

And the priest shall take the basket from your hand and set it down before the altar of YHWH your God.
