Deuteronomy 30:10

כִּ֣י תִשְׁמַ֗ע בְּקֹול֙ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ לִשְׁמֹ֤ר מִצְוֹתָיו֙ וְחֻקֹּתָ֔יו הַכְּתוּבָ֕ה בְּסֵ֥פֶר הַתֹּורָ֖ה הַזֶּ֑ה כִּ֤י תָשׁוּב֙ אֶל־יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ בְּכָל־לְבָבְךָ֖ וּבְכָל־נַפְשֶֽׁךָ׃ פ

For you will listen to the voice of YHWH your God, to keep His commandments and His statutes that are written in this book of the Torah, for you will return to YHWH your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
