Deuteronomy 6:8

וּקְשַׁרְתָּ֥ם לְאֹ֖ות עַל־יָדֶ֑ךָ וְהָי֥וּ לְטֹטָפֹ֖ת בֵּ֥ין עֵינֶֽיךָ׃

And you shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.
