Deuteronomy 6:9

וּכְתַבְתָּ֛ם עַל־מְזוּזֹ֥ת בֵּיתֶ֖ךָ וּבִשְׁעָרֶֽיךָ׃ ס

And you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
