Deuteronomy 9:8

וּבְחֹרֵ֥ב הִקְצַפְתֶּ֖ם אֶת־יְהוָ֑ה וַיִּתְאַנַּ֧ף יְהוָ֛ה בָּכֶ֖ם לְהַשְׁמִ֥יד אֶתְכֶֽם׃

And at Ḥorev, you provoked YHWH to anger, and YHWH was enraged with you to destroy you.
