Exodus 22:16 (Exodus 22:17)

אִם־מָאֵ֧ן יְמָאֵ֛ן אָבִ֖יהָ לְתִתָּ֣הּ לֹ֑ו כֶּ֣סֶף יִשְׁקֹ֔ל כְּמֹ֖הַר הַבְּתוּלֹֽת׃

If her father absolutely refuses to give her to him, he shall weigh out silver according to the bride price of virgins.
