Exodus 29:7

וְלָֽקַחְתָּ֙ אֶת־שֶׁ֣מֶן הַמִּשְׁחָ֔ה וְיָצַקְתָּ֖ עַל־רֹאשֹׁ֑ו וּמָשַׁחְתָּ֖ אֹתֹֽו׃

And you shall take the anointing oil and pour it on his head and anoint him.
